Today I will not eat until dinner. That is a promise. 

Get up, make up, etc.
no eating during classes - ignore my friends when they offer
office hours - work on essay
go to hospital to get shot during off period
hangout with hannah at lunch, no eating, just talking
math & ap world, no eating.
come home - EAT NOTHING YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
spruce myself up, meet davis.
parking garage.
come home around 6, eat minimal.

Today went soooo well! For the first day anyway, I’ll get better at it, but as of now, I’m pretty happy.

Kiwi - free (but really 46)

Spinach - free (but really 21)
Mini wheat pita - 80
2 tbsp hummus - 50
Carbmaster vanilla chai yogurt - 60
Sugar free chocolate mousse - 60

Without fruits & veggies - 252
Exercise - 20 minutes stationary bike (103) + 10 minutes stair climber (48) = 151
Net - 101

Christmas Eve…I can do this

Christmas Eve…just as bad or maybe even worse that Christmas itself.
My host-mom went shopping this morning and bought a plethora of delectibles.
But you know what? Doesn’t matter. Doesn’t effect me.
I can do this. 500 calories, Christmas Eve. Excellent opportunity to practice my self control.
It’s 12 o’clock and I’ve had 35 calories. 12 more hours (we have to go to mass…lovely) with 465. That’s actually a lot. Right? Right.
Oh god…I’m answering my own questions.
I’m not hungry. I like coffee. Just coffee. I don’t like chocolate or cake or bread or other disgusting foods. No ma’am. Just coffee. 2 calories a cup, safe.

SGD Day 10 - Saturday (650)

Hello darlings!
So I did okay today, coulda been better, coulda been worse.

Breakfast:
Banana (105)
One pineapple mentos (10)

Snack:
2 clementines (70)
3 slices of smoked samon (53)

Lunch:
A super small peice of salmon (40)
“Orientale” soup (57)
Big green apple (140)

Snack:
2 clementines (70)
Vanilla soymilk (70)

Dinner:
Broccoli (20)
Raw spinach (7)
Vinagre (4)
Soup (58)
Banana (110)
Lowfat caramel yogurt (88)

Total for the day : 902
Not counting fruits and veggies : 380
I also went for a 25 minute walk this morning and did 200 jumping jacks burning a total of : 211 calories
Net - 169!

So I’m not mad at myself, but I’m completely and totally full, which means I could have done better. Oh well, there’s tomorrow :)

SGD Day 8 - Thursday (500)

So I read this thing saying that it was better for your metabloism to have a substantial breakfast, tiny lunch (like an apple and yogurt) and then a nice dinner no later than 7:30. I decided since today I have a lot of calories (hahaha not a lot…but compared to usual!) I would try it.
So Breakfast:
One large banana (120)
Low-fat coffee yogurt (95)
=
fuck already 215!
Just water and apples until dinner!!
Also, what are you ladies’ experiences with laxitives? I took some last night…

Hi again lovelies, so I just read about the Skinny Girl Diet and i’m wondering if that’s a better choice than the ABC diet. It seems more realistic, especially as a first. Have any of you tried it? Or both? Let me know what you think, I’m going to start tomorrow!
By the way, is it true that fruits and veggies don’t count for the skinny girl diet?

Hello darlings,
So i’m new to this but I’m 100% serious about it.
I NEED to lose weight. I feel fat. And ugly. And disgusting.
I will do whatever I need to to reach my goal weight (102lbs, right now i’m 121).
I would love it if you guys would follow me (I always follow back!), share your stories, post pictures, anything!
I am going to start the ABC diet tomorrow, if anyone else is doing it too, let me know :)
