today’s banana & skim milk day!

already had one banana, not really hungry yet. 
for lunch i think i’ll have a banana milkshake, yummy :)
for snack mid-day i’ll have some cabbage soup - i went to the grocery store this morning & got some new 0 cal spicy sauce to put in it…liven things up a bit.
i have to say, i feel fantastic! seriously i do.
i’m not hungry and i feel so much lighter. And it’s only been 3 days!
definitely recommend this!

today has been such a fantastic day!

i got some lovely new clothes, got an A on my AP World essay, AND stuck completely to my eating plan: tomato, carrots, guacamole, celery, one bowl of cabbage soup, baked potato. 
now i’m making some tea and i’m gonna go take a bath :)
after i’ll go out on the balcony and treat my self to a wonderful cigarette thankyouverymuch!

Day Two Cabbage Soup Diet

Today I can eat as many veggies and soup as I want…hooray…
I’m gonna dream about that baked potato all day, and then treat myself tonight :)
Well, it’s not really a treat, it is in the plan, but after having no starch for over 24 hours…it sounds real tasty right now haha.

doing so well today:)

so far i have eaten:
grapes
orange
half an apple
and i drank a liter of water.
for dinner i’ll have my cabbage soup & some papaya with lime (so tasty, everybody should try it!).

Day One Cabbage Soup Diet

Today I will eat to my heart’s content of fruit and yummy cabbage soup that I made :) I hope this cleanse really works, supposedly I could drop up to 10 lbs in a week!

ABC diet day 4 - 400 

Today is going to be better than yesterday!
I started the day out right with a grapefruit, coffee, and lots of vitamins (which i have found keeps me fuller all day!).

ABC day 1 - 500

Today went soooo well! For the first day anyway, I’ll get better at it, but as of now, I’m pretty happy.

Coffee w/ splenda - 0
L:
Diet coke - 1
S:
Kiwi - free (but really 46)
D:
Spinach - free (but really 21)
Mini wheat pita - 80
2 tbsp hummus - 50
Carbmaster vanilla chai yogurt - 60
Sugar free chocolate mousse - 60

Total - 319
Without fruits & veggies - 252
Exercise - 20 minutes stationary bike (103) + 10 minutes stair climber (48) = 151
Net - 101

24 hour fast = done!

I actually really love 24 hour fasts, they show me I really do have control over my body if I want it bad enough.
I was busy all day so not eating wasn’t a problem. I wish I could keep going, make it a 48 hour one, but the coordinator of my exchange is coming to dinner so I have to eat at least a little to not look weird.
How did you guys’ days go?

My Revival

First day of my rivival from my week of fat.
Starting the day off with 100 jumping jacks and breakfast (yes, breakfast, my favorite meal to skip) because I really think it does actually speed up my metabolism.
I’ll have a handful of special k, no milk.
Wish me luck today! I’m gonna need it.
